Troubleshooting

App not loading or crashing

Try force-stopping the app from your device settings, then restart. If the issue persists, clear the app cache (not data) from Settings → Apps → Tattva Tarot → Storage → Clear Cache. As a last resort, uninstall and reinstall from Google Play.

Premium purchase not recognized

Open the app, go to the Premium screen, and tap 'Restore Purchases'. Make sure you are signed into the same Google account used for the purchase. If the issue persists, wait a few minutes and try again — Google Play may be experiencing delays. See the full restore guide below.

Daily card not updating

The daily card refreshes at midnight local time. Ensure your device date and time are set correctly. If the card still does not update, close and reopen the app. Note that the daily card is generated once per day and will not change until the next day.

How to Restore Premium

  1. Open Tattva Tarot and navigate to the Premium screen.
  2. Tap the Restore Purchases button at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Wait for the restoration process to complete. Premium features will unlock automatically.
  4. If restoration fails, verify you are signed into the same Google account used for the original purchase.
  5. Still not working? Try restarting the app and repeating the steps. Google Play may take a few minutes to sync purchase data.
  6. As a final step, check your subscriptions in Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Tattva Tarot to confirm your subscription is active.

How to Export Readings

  1. Open the reading you wish to export from your Reading History.
  2. Tap the Export or Share icon in the top-right corner of the reading view.
  3. Select Export as PDF to generate a beautifully formatted document of your reading. (Premium feature)
  4. Choose where to save or share the file. You can save it to your device, send it via email, or share it through any installed app.
  5. For bulk backup, go to Settings → Backup & Restore to export your entire reading history as a single file.
