By downloading, installing, or using the Tattva Tarot application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of Tattva Tarot.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Tattva Tarot is designed for personal reflection and entertainment purposes only. The App is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App. You may not use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to harassment, fraud, or infringement of intellectual property rights.

The App offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions for premium features. All purchases are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms of service. Subscription payments are automatically renewed unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play account settings.

Refund requests are handled by Google Play in accordance with their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly. For assistance with premium access issues, please use the Restore Purchases option within the App or contact support.

All content, design, graphics, code, and card interpretations within the App are the intellectual property of the developer and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The App name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of the developer. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without express written permission.

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App. Tarot readings are subjective and for entertainment purposes. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Tattva Tarot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or emotional distress. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to discontinue its use.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
